PUFFING TONS HOST

I learned this recipe from a guy named Theo, who had sold his business in Germany, and had decided to spend the rest of his life, travelling the world and sampling its Cannabis Sativa.

There are 3 things to prep when making special cookies or brownies:

marijuana,

cookie ingredients and

oven.

Prep Marijuana first:

1) PREPPING THE MARIJUANA:

Make sure the marijuana is  washed and dried.

Shred the buds (7-14 grams) into 1 cup of melted – BUT COOL- butter

Blend well with a fork,

put the combination in the refrigerator

Once the butter is chilled, but not hard,

put into shallow baking sheet

and cover securely with foil.

Put into an oven that has been preheated 300 degrees.

Let heat for 15 minutes,

Gradually lowering the heat.

There should be a nice, but not strong aroma in the kitchen.

DO NOT OPEN FOIL.

Return the sheet to the refrigator,

And let set for a few hours.

When the butter is solid

Remove from fridge,

And allow to thaw,

Then you can add the “special butter”

To your favorite chocolate chip receipe.

Ingredients

  •                     1 cup butter, softened
  •                     1 cup white sugar
  •                     1 cup packed brown sugar
  •                     2 eggs
  •                     2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  •                     3 cups all-purpose flour
  •                     1 teaspoon baking soda
  •                     2 teaspoons hot water
  •                     1/2 teaspoon salt
  •                     2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  •                     1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1.                     Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2.                     Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water.  Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
  3.                     Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

You can use the butter in pretty much any baking recipe,
